At BeMadeTM, we take pride in crafting bespoke tables that combine timeless design with the exceptional durability of porcelain. To give you peace of mind, we offer the following warranty coverage.
What's Covered
5 years from the date of purchase

Manufacturing defects in porcelain slabs.
✓
Structural defects in the table frame or assembly.
✓
Abnormal surface cracking or discoloration not caused by misuse.
✓
Fade resistance (UV exposure).
What's Not Covered
Exclusions
✕
Normal wear and tear (e.g. minor scratches, surface marks).
✕
Damage caused by impact, accidents, or misuse (cutting directly on the surface, standing/sitting on the table, dropping heavy items).
✕
Stains from strong chemicals or neglecting to clean spills.
✕
Alterations, modifications, or repairs not carried out by BeMadeTM.
Making a Claim
To ensure that you can fully benefit from your warranty, please take a moment to follow the detailed guidelines outlined below. By doing so, you will help maintain your table in excellent condition and enjoy its features for years to come!
Must have been registered within 3 months of delivery.
Proof of purchase required.
Claims must be submitted with photographs of the issue.
If covered, BeMadeTM will repair or replace the affected part at our discretion.
Must be submitted within the warranty window.
Warranties are typically non-transferable.
