At BeMadeTM, each table is crafted to order with care, precision, and purpose. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, please review our refund and returns policy carefully before placing your order.
Our Return Policy Explained

Bespoke Dining Tables

Every BeMadeTM dining table is individually made to order to match your chosen size, shape, base design and finish. Because of this:

  • Once your order is confirmed and production has started, it cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded unless
    • The dining table arrives faulty
    • The dining table does not match the agreed specification
    • The dining table is damaged during delivery
  • We provide a 24-hour window after placing your order where you may cancel or make changes before production begins. After this point, cancellations and amendments are no longer possible.
  • After your dining table is delivered and it does not match your agreed specification, is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate, at no additional cost.
